Networking
Speed Networking – (September 2) our annual event (Mindie Low is project lead)

Advanced Networking Up-How do you network with people who are “above” your peers – (February 19) will discuss what groups to join, where to go, and how you approach those people (Mindie Low is project lead)

Career Development
Transitioning to Your Own Business-You are in a good career. How do you jump into your own business? – (November 3) How do you start the entrepreneurial process when you already have a job? (need project lead)

Building Your Personal Brand – (July 14) This event will look at 1)Resume Building, Interview Building, Resume Workshop-dust off that resume and 2)Using New Technologies to Promote Your Business-use your social connections to better market your company and yourself (Stephanie Brewer is project lead)

Successful Person Panel – (March 24) A panel of people who have been successful in different fields. They will be addressing specifically how people can find a personal mentor. (Anna Marty is project lead)

Community Awareness
Tour of WPAFB-(June 19) this will be a Friday afternoon “windshield bus tour” of WPAFB that will include an overview of the missions on the base as well as some specific briefings on some particular organizations (Andy Hickey is project lead)

Downtown Dayton 401 – (January 14) A look at activities in downtown Dayton that most people do not know about (Christine Anthony is project lead)

Personal Development
Work-life balance – (October 14) Becoming a Part-Time employee and still having a career-people are going through transitions, how do you keep your career on pace (need project lead)
